Always a sight to behold at Christmas time, the magical twinkling lights that adorn the cathedral Christmas trees are admired by hundreds of visitors over the festive period. If you are looking for a unique and thoughtful Christmas gift that also benefits the upkeep of our great space then look no further.
The hugely popular ‘Light up an Angel’ returns this Christmas to Liverpool Cathedral. You can have a name or message inscribed onto a beautiful glass decoration, which will be placed on a lighted tree in the Cathedral throughout the Christmas period. You will receive a certificate and can take your decoration home to keep in the New Year. The attractive angel decoration can be ordered right up until 12 noon on Christmas Eve.
Your gift of £30 will go to the Cathedral Foundation, which helps keep the Cathedral free to visitors, funds our choral music at Christmas and throughout the year and goes towards the upkeep of the building.
